The Tanis Brush Solution

After a few sample brushes, we determined that Tanis Brush’s stock “RB” series conveyor cylinder brushes were able to break up and flick the dried concrete out of the molds without damaging the actual mold.

  • Brush Type: The conveyor cylinder brushes are made with black polypropylene filament.

The Final Results

The customer consistently orders replacement brushes on a monthly basis. They have also referred Tanis Brush to other stone companies leading to 4 new customers who purchase either stock or custom brushes for their individual but similar applications.
